If you access mail via the web, you will need to point your browser to a new location. The new url is: https://mycampus.astate.edu. You will need to begin using this new url once your mailbox is converted. There will be a mail icon marked Exchange ‘07 Employee Mail.
Changes made in Outlook 2007 clients should be transparent to the user…in a perfect world. If a user cannot open his/her Outlook client, open the account properties to verify that the Microsoft Exchange server no longer contains exchange.astate.edu, but mbx.astate.edu and that the username can still be resolved. If not simply edit those properties and restart the Outlook clinet.
