One of my students is reporting that everyone else in the class has received the e-mail about Evaluation Kit, but they haven’t received one yet. What do we need to do?

1.      Login to EvaluationKIT.

2.      Select the Project.

3.      From the navigation, click on Users.

4.      Insert user information into Search, click Search.

5.      Verify the student is enrolled in the course.  If no, then enroll them as a student using the instructions in #1. 

6.      Verify the email address is correct.

If above is correct, then forward the user info to ASU’s main EvaluationKIT Administrator by calling 972-3933, who will forward to EvaluationKIT Support Team.
